MARKETING AND LEASE SERVICE PACKAGE

Leasing:
We handle advertising of rentals and property viewing as well as every other due diligence required.
Screening process:
Applicants are qualified on the basis of employment and references.
Rent Collection:
Payments collected at the time of leasing. If a tenant is late, the appropriate notices will be sent to the occupying tenant. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate those with legitimate problems, if they cannot meet the deadline.
Payments:
An independent Escrow Account where all finances are housed prior to completion of transaction and payment of all mutually agreed upon expenses such as; PHCN bills, waste management, water, maintenance repairs etc. on behalf of landlord.
Accounting:
Financial statement with original receipts attached are sent to the owner on an agreed upon day of each year.
Deposits:
We will deposit rents into your account at the completion of the transaction as soon as the tenant picks up the key(s).

This package goes alongside Marketing and Lease Service Package
Maintenance Requests:
Response to tenant requests or calls for maintenance is done within one working day. Emergencies are handled promptly.
Management Allied Services:
We utilize professional and courteous maintenance staff from our real estate and allied services human resource pool. Best quality materials are also used for all our jobs as quality assurance is our hallmark.
Inspections:
Kinest Property estate management team will visit the site on a regular basis and walk-through each time a property is vacated and again before occupancy.
